"This is phase three of her transformation, which began in 2005," an insider close to the singer claims. "She’s booked in for a consultation to see if anything can be done about her arms. There’s an operation you can have to remove excess skin from your armpits; this can happen to women who exercise and diet too much. She also wants to know if there's anything that can be done which will reduce the appearance of veins and muscles and she’s even planning a boob job."
